~Coconut Macaroon recipe~
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tarter
dash of salt
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
12 ounces of coconut
mix egg whites till peaks occur
add cream of tarter, salt and sugar
then add vanilla with stiff peaks
fold in coconut and scoop on tray (parchment or sila-pat)
325 degrees / 18-22 minutes
serve or dip in chocolate and serve
