~molten chocolate cake recipe~
1# semi sweet chocolate
8 eggs
1# butter
8 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
butter
cocoa powder
set oven at 350 degrees
melt chocolate and butter
whisk eggs and sugar till ribbon
temper chocolate mixture into egg mixture
fold in flour
line ramekins with butter then coat lightly with cocoa powder
scoop cake batter in and bake for 12 minutes
serve immediately
