~tandoori recipe~
1 cup plain yogurt
4 tsp curry powder
3 tsp coriander
3 tsp cumin
2 tsp garam masala
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp minced fresh ginger
1 tbls chopped cilantro
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
pinch of cayenne pepper
2 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
place all ingredients in blender and mix till smooth
reserve in frig till needed
