truffle recipe
8ounces chocolate(cut into small pieces)
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons alcohol or flavoring
place chocolate and flavoring in bowl
heat cream and butter, medium heat (bring to a boil)
pour over chocolate and let sit for 5 minutes
stir until smooth
cover and refrigerate until firm
scoop and roll
freeze and re roll
cover with coating
