~pommery mustard vinaigrette recipe~

1 Tbls. parsley minced

2 Tlbs. shallot minced

3 cup vegetable oil

1 cup champagne vinegar

2 tsp. salt and pepper

1 cup apple juice

6 Tbls. pommery mustard

blend all ingredients adding oil slowly
